Try installing elastix 2.3 on a test server, and try again the same card

this is not a good solution
we are on a production system
to move all configuration it is a project of a week ...

A good solution cant be achieved through chatting on a forum, try it and let us know if that works or not.
It will reveal you is the card is the issue or not, if it is the card, then you must change it, thats all..

By the way, why are you using a xen kernel??
What is the output for:
cat /etc/grub.conf
|
|
|

The card is perfect
We just replaced the Telco
since we mistakly pressed the "hardware detect"
it changed the configuration and system went to panic..
There is some missconfiguration in the modules and conf files
That all !
